I want to give my readers a chance to shop at places they may have never known about.  I want to share with all of you the best boutiques where you can find clothes that not every other retail store has.  Sample sales are the best places to find extremely inexpensive clothing but of higher designer and quality.  Be a part of my experiences and enjoy them as much as I did.  If you can find the same item for less, why not?  By spending less on one item, you can buy another.  Upcoming on this page will be fashion events to attend to take sneak peeks of the latest fashion trends...Always more to come. =)


LANGFORD MARKET - NEW ORLEANS, LA

Langford Market, an American Apparel concept, is the closest you can get to an LA Boutique in New Orleans.  Although an American Apparel concept store, the style is nothing close to it.  There is a lot more sophisticated chic diversity in their clothing.  Dresses range from $65-$90, tops from $30, and accessories from $10.  Once you're in, you'll feel like you never left LA.

THE HIVE - COSTA MESA, CA

Whether you're looking for just a basic tank or a great quality, high end designer looking dress to wear to a birthday party, the Hive is the place to shop.  You don't have to spend over $100 at Bloomingdale's when you can spend even less than $50 to look great.  On top of finding the dress or tank you wanted, you can finish the look up with some accessories and shoes.  Across from Urban Outfitters at the Lab Anti Mall. You cannot miss it.

SANTEE ALLEY, DOWNTOWN LA

Santee Alley is like a one stop shop heaven for shoppers.  You can find clothes (dresses, suits, formal wear, etc), accessories, shoes, toys, perfume, cologne, makeup, hair products, etc...If you're a bride, you must come here to buy your accessories and bridesmaid dresses.  Bring cash and bargain for a lower price especially if you're buying more than one items.  The two stores I highly recommend are Atria Clothing and Princess.  Along the ways of shopping are delicious taco trucks you can enjoy.  Shop away and enjoy.

BUFFALO EXCHANGE

Whether you're looking for a good buy or a good sell, Buffalo Exchange is the place to go.  I found a pair of high waisted shorts for $11 at the Costa Mesa, CA location.  My bf sold his old designer jeans that he would never be caught dead wearing and got himself close to $100 for various items.  Do not bring in noticeably hemmed items because they will not take them, but you can always give them a try.  If you have not worn your old jeans for over a year and getting them altered won't even make you happy, sell them at BE.

LOS ANGELES SHOWROOMS

Every last Friday of the month there are sample sales in showcase rooms in LA. Look for signs that say sample on the window before you walk in. If there are no signs at all, ask if there is a sample sale.

Bring your own bags
Be there around 845am
Get dropped off if you can, otherwise park across the street for $10-$15 dollars. Go with some friends so you can split the parking charge
Bargain when you're there especially from 2-4pm when they are about to close up and want to get rid of their items.
